Topic: “Decision Support Systems Addressing Sustainability & Societal Challenges”

The EURO Working Group on Decision Support Systems invites you to participate in the EWG-DSS 2016 International Conference on Decision Support System Technology (ICDSST 2016) on “Decision Support Systems Addressing Sustainability & Societal Challenges” in Plymouth, UK. The conference will be hosted at the Plymouth Graduate School of Management & Plymouth Business School, Faculty of Business, in Plymouth, UK during the period of May 23rd to May 25th, 2016.

Scope: The focus of the ICDSST 2016 is on Decision Making and Decision Support Systems Addressing Sustainability & Societal Challenges.

Deadlines for submission:

Submission of full papers:  30 November 2015  15 December 2015 (already passed)
Notification of acceptance:  15 February 2016
Camera ready version: 28 February 2016

Submission of short papers:  1 March 2016  15 March 2016 (final deadline, no further extension)
Notification of acceptance:  10 April 2016
Camera ready version:  20 April 2016

Submission of posters:   25 March 2016 (final deadline, no further extension)
Notification of acceptance: 10 April 2016
Camera ready version:  20 April 2016

Contributions: We encourage submissions addressing the suggested topics listed below. Authors are requested to submit  full papers, short papers or posters. Full papers should be 11-13 pages long using LNBIP template from Springer by following “Instructions for Authors”. The MS Word version of the LNBIP template can be downloaded from here. Short papers should have up to 6 pages and should use this format. Posters should use this format. All accepted submissions will have their abstracts printed in the conference proceedings. All papers should be submitted via EasyChair using the link: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icdsst2016

All authors whose papers have been accepted should please download Springer LNBIP copyright form (which has been partially completed) for ICDSST 2016 here.

 ICDSST 2016 Publications:

As in previous years’ EWG-DSS events, accepted papers may be published through various means, including the conference proceedings, Springer book series – Lecture Notes in Business Information Processing (LNBIP), Special Issues in DSS related journals, or recommended for publications in other suitable journals.
